Daniel A. Berger, Esq.

is the president and principal attorney at the Law Offices of Daniel A. Berger. He has been fighting for the rights of everyday people since 2013. Although Mr. Berger was raised in Honolulu, Hawai'i, he spent the first 10 years of his legal career working for in New York City for two large personal injury firms. During that time Mr. Berger obtained multiple verdicts and settlements totaling over tens of millions of dollars. Mr. Berger is a champion for his clients and has won and overturned many appeals at the appellate court level in addition to regularly defeating complex motions for summary judgement, all to the benefit of his clients against some of the largest organizations in the Country. With all of that experience, Mr. Berger now has a full-time office in Honolulu to dedicate his talents to the people of Hawai'i. Mr. Berger knows how difficult and painful the court litigation process can be and makes it as simple as possible for his clients. A trial attorney at heart, Mr. Berger takes great pride and joy in fighting the big insurance companies and their army of lawyers until justice is served.
